We do not serve walk-in customers without prior agreement. All services are scheduled only through the official WhatsApp channel to guarantee a private space just for you.
15-Minute Tolerance
Punctuality is crucial: it ensures you never cross paths with another user at the entrance or in common areas, preserving your anonymity and the complete disinfection of the suite between sessions.
Flexible Rescheduling
We understand unexpected work or traffic issues. You can reschedule or cancel without penalty by notifying us at least 4 hours in advance.

Booking Security Verification
For booking, we request your full name and ID number (cédula or passport). We understand some clients hesitate to provide this information, but it is essential for the security of the studio, as it allows us to run a basic background check through police databases. This ensures a safe environment for everyone.
100% Disposable Material and Warm Wax, Special for Hypersensitive Skin
At DepilaMachos, we categorically reject any practice of filtering or recirculating wax. We open individual supplies right before your eyes at each session: protective stretcher sheets, disposable wooden spatulas per area, medical-grade nitrile gloves, and new sealed razors when trimming or shaping is required.
Dermatological Evaluation
If we detect acute irritations, mycosis, sunburns, or open wounds, we will postpone the appointment for your own skin safety.
Prior Preparation and Recommendations for the Gentleman
Prior Hygiene
Arrive bathed for the appointment using warm water. This opens the hair follicles, relaxes the muscles, and guarantees an impeccable environment during the session.
No Creams or Alcohol
Do not apply greasy creams, body oils, or alcohol-based deodorants to the areas to be waxed for 6 hours beforehand, to allow optimal adhesion of the wax.
Optimal Length: 3-5 mm
For waxing, the hair must be at least 3 to 5 millimeters long (approximately 2 weeks without shaving with a razor or close clipper).
Loose Clothing
Attend with loose and fresh cotton garments. Avoid synthetic clothing or tight lycra to mitigate any post-treatment friction in intimate areas or torso.
Aftercare (Post-waxing):
- 1. First 24 hours: Avoid wet saunas, high-sweat exercise, and direct sun exposure.
- 2. Pool or sea: Do not go to the pool or sea for three days (72h) after waxing, especially if done with wax.
- 3. Exfoliation: After 2 or 3 weeks, or when hair starts growing back, we recommend gently exfoliating the waxed areas (especially with wax) to prevent folliculitis and ingrown hairs.
